DOMESTIC SHIPPING

(Within Australia – Sent with Australia Post )

Domestic orders will be shipped out within (1-2 working days) of receiving payment and can be shipped as per the following

Orders are shipped via Australia post. All shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AUD $12.50 per order for Domestic orders and will be shipped out within (1-2 working days pick and pack). Once your order has been dispatched your order can take 2-5 working days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(Outside Australia)

International orders will be shipped out within one (1 -2 working days) via Australia Post. Delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive after being posted. In the event the parcel is held via customs delivery may take up 4 weeks. In the event the parcel is held via customs delivery may take up 4 weeks.

Orders are shipped via Australia post. All shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AUD $20 per order.

Any deliveries outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. MVRK cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside Australia

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped internationally (outside of Australia) will be sent exclusive of local taxes DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the purchaser. As postage laws vary from country to country, parcels sent outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of the country in which they are received.

Returns Policy

How Long do I have to return my item
28 days, after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
